From May 12–16, 2025, the German-Greek Chamber of Industry and Commerce is organizing a business delegation trip to Thessaloniki on behalf of the German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action (BMWK), with a focus on renewable energy solutions for the green transformation of industry.

Among the eight participating German companies is Protarget, a specialist in solar thermal technologies. On May 13, during the expert conference in Thessaloniki, Martin Scheuerer from Protarget will give a presentation on the topic: “Sustainable and cost-effective process heat on demand – Solar thermal energy contracting.” We will also present Protarget’s latest solar process heat plant, for the Athenian Brewery (HEINEKEN) in Patras, owned and operated by ELPEDISON.
